Retail/ Cashier/ Sales Support

• To create and maintain a long-term relationship with the customers to achieve sales goals
• Positively represent the Brand while ensuring recurring business
• Responsible for assisting customers with choices, assist and provide information about the product in question
• Foster a positive, engaging, and ethical working environment

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

PT Retail Associate: 

• Support day-to-day retail operations as a Brand Ambassador
• Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience to customers
• Work with the Manager to best handle customer complaints

PT Cashier: 

• Perform cashiering duties and various payment transactions in-store
• Achieve accuracy in handling cash processing and credit transactions in the retail outlet and complying with void bills as per SOPs
• Inventory integrity

PT Sales Support Associate: 

• Support Back of House’s inventory/ stock movement
• Support day-to-day retail operations
• Can be assigned to sales floor/processing and replenishment/floorset activities

OTHERS

• Monday – Thursday: $14 per hour, Friday – Sunday: $16 per hour
• Maximum working hours: up to 35 hours per week (depending on business needs inclusive of weekends)
• 3 months renewable contract
