Nation Wide Tree Planting
Valiramers initiated a nationwide Tree Planting Project, involving nearly 350 colleagues from various regions. The program aimed to raise awareness about the vital role of tree planting in mitigating the effects of climate change, emphasizing the significance of preserving and planting trees as a nature-based solution.
We successfully planted over 1,800 trees in six regions through impactful partnerships
• East Malaysia with Sabah Wetlands Conservation Society: 5 & 6 September 2023.
• Southern Region with Malaysian Nature Society: 7 September 2023.
• Northern Region with Persatuan Kebajikan Nelayan-Nelayan Pantai Pulau Pinang: 11 September 2023.
• Pahang Region with Awana Genting Highlands: 13 & 14 September 2023.
• Klang Valley with Free Tree Society: 4 October 2023.
• East Coast with Sarawak X Animal Projects & Environmental Education: 23 October 2023.
